Position: QA/QC Engineer October 2021 to Present

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling the customer complaint by using 7 QC tools and 8D Analysis.

Take SPC study for all critical dimensions.

Update Control plan.

Established plan for process capability studies of new and running machine and setup time reduction and analysis of rejection.

Suggestion will be given how to reduce the cost of poor quality.

Preparation of work instruction and Quality alert.
