Management Software Customer Account

I am having experience on maintaining the customer account information, monthly payment calculation and milk delivery chart in google sheet and I am having experience in fetching the product information from various competitor websites and preparing the comparison report, processing data and transforming it into word or spreadsheet documents. I can explore and learn the management software, if the platform is new to me. and i am having experience in Windows Desktop Application development and testing, website testing and mobile app testing. Having experience on Product analysis, test case and test report creation and bug management knowledge using Redmine.
