● Optimized a rolling machine prototype to cure resin to be used as an adhesive for liners, improving heat consistency and operator accessibility.

● Assisted in the research and development of new liners and performed wear tests on samples using high pressurized friction test rigs. Presented R&D findings to the engineering team.

Senior Design Project - eNose Training System September 2024- March 2025

● Collaborated and led a team of 4 to design and build an eNose Training System.

● Conducted research on inert materials and potential corrosiveness of testing gases.

● Achieved precise gas sampling with an accuracy of 0.1 ppm.

● Designed and 3D printed prototype manifolds for the system, which underwent testing and optimization.

● Programmed LabVIEW and an Arduino board to operate the system and record accurate gas samples during testing cycles.
