•Supports the TRADOC Capability Manager - Army Training Information System (TCM ATIS) as a member of the Functional Integration Team (FIT) providing SLDC functional requirements analysis, design specification artifacts, application design reviews and validation of acceptance criteria, user assistance and training, and Tier 2 help desk support for the ATIS legacy systems and capabilities for the army applications: Inventory and Distribution Management System (IDMS), STRAP Writing Tool (SWT), Training Development Capability (TDC) and Training Support - Materiel Armywide Tracking System (TS-MATS).
•Creates and maintains Web Help Systems using Adobe RoboHelp, Captivate and HTML for the ATIS systems; IDMS, SWT, TDC and TS-MATS during the SDLC process.

•Leading a team of 6 to overcome a one-year deficit to deliver a 110-hour Technical Engineer (MOS21T) e-learning package for the US Army School of Engineering using the Army’s Mancen Rapid Development Suite (MRDS) in 7 months.
•Specialized in developing and writing GPS survey techniques and an original 20-hour lesson in airfield survey including PACS and SACS determinations, runway survey, NAVAID survey, and obstruction survey using FAR77, FAA Regs, and NGS standards.
•Liaison for the interface between PalTech and the Army stakeholder.

•Provided the J02 KM team operational and technical services that supported the KM Manager in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of knowledge management and the sharing of knowledge, experience and best practices across the USJFCOM community through development of sites, services, e-learning and training.

•Analyzed, designed and developed courseware for the Interactive Learning Environment (ILE) team working at the Naval Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center (NMITC). Developed storyboards and programmed interactive courseware using Outstart Evolution to develop the interactive learning media.
•Lead content developer for several units of instruction supervising 4 content developers and graphic artists.
•Reviewed storyboards, alpha products, and beta products, performed quality control.

•Analyzed, designed and developed courseware for the 110 hour Army Basic Biology course for Chemical, Biological Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) responders for the Army Chemical School and CBRN responders nationwide.
•Analyzed, designed, developed and implemented a training program for Test Electricians at the Northrop Grumman Newport News (NGNN) shipyard that provides NGNN Test Electricians the necessary skills to safely test various electrical machines aboard ships and submarines. The training program consisted of over ninety-six hours of ILT and practical hand-on training exercises.
