5.Generation of GRN by entering date, name of the suppliers, quantity.

6.Submit the first copy of GRN to account along with delivery Challans.

7.Any discrepancy found during the receiving in accordance of PO bring into the notice of Purchase Manager and concerned department.

1.Handling the inventory of food stores & general stores.

3.Ordering & re-ordering of food products & general as per the par level set.

4.Performing month end process with physical inventory of food & general stores.
