I am responsible for all the remedy tickets pertaining to BCCP, FR and the CCD Website reports. I write and run PL/SQL queries to assist in the fixing of the BCC and FR issues. I also review packages and procedures to investigate new issues when necessary. When neccessary I assist in writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and CCRs.
I am also responsible for the re-pushing of the Non-Immigrant Visas (NIV) and Immigrant Visas (IV) to Custom and Border Protection (CBP). Currently in the process of working on the modification of the current PL/SQL script for the process of the NIV & IV re-pushing to better process a larger group of records.
I have worked with the ESB team with the pl/sql development and completed the suggested modification and fixes in the necessary procedures and packages that was completed in the original deployment script for the Online Passport Request(OPR) process. I completed the sync, rollback and readme scripts for the six databases (FR00, DM00, CD00, PP00, RI99 and OCS) for the deployment to IV&V and Production.

Developing the Enterprise Management Decision Support (EMDS) a business intelligence project to support force readiness for the U.S. Army through the use of current and projected data. I helped maintain the repository when new tables and views where modified or created and I also merge repositories and migrate from dev to the test environment. I also assist the Operations and Maintenance (OM) Team when modifications are requested to any of my original data sources when needed.
