I was working as solution specialists and program manager and responsible for developing the global template for Enterprise One 9.0 implementation @ Pfizer. We had selected most complex location of Pfizer for creation of global template and then rolled out the same template across all locations using location wise deviation. The overall scope includes Sales, Procurement, Production, Finance implementation. The program was for 2 years having 15M budget with peak team size of 100
For Wright Medical, we had implemented full factory automation starting from IIOT, MES system and ERP system and their integration with planning software.
2012/03 – 2015/03 Tata Motors, India IT HEAD - General Manager (Reporting to CFO)
Managing Application and infrastructure portfolio for Tata Motors which includes Pune, Mumbai offices along with that 7 plants across India. Managing team size of 500 members including partner teams.
Managed and executed complete global infrastructure outsourcing deal for Tata motors having 500 Cr for 5 years. This initiative involves managing RFP process for out-sourcing, selection of partners, defining service levels with partner, transition of new partner, creation of central NOC for providing global infrastructure support including Integrated Service Desk, Network, end user computing and Application Infrastructure towers transition. This also involves setting up Managed VMO setup for almost 30 other vendors providing services related to Infrastructure.
Managing application maintenance and development services for TATA Motors. The overall application landscape includes largest SAP platform (10000 users) and CRM platform (40000 users), MES system (5 mfg. plants) and 100+ home grown applications. I was responsible for providing application & development support for above application landscape.
