· Design, develop and manage KPI test suite for cold boot to home screen, app launch time, tuner exit to home, etc. Represent KPIs in Go/No Go meetings highlighting performance trends, potential bottlenecks and adherence to target metrics & PRD.

· Setup and maintain metrics dashboard for multiple products to monitor regressions.

· Continuously monitor and evaluate user data through Splunk and Looker to identify areas for improvement to ensure an exceptional experience for our customers. Dolby Audio Certification and Testing

· Successfully led Dolby MS12 certification efforts for Roku Select/Plus series models, ensuring compliance with Config Y and Config Z specifications. Experience testing different audio codesc –PCM, DD+, DD, DTS.

· Conducted acoustic and electrical measurment testing on TVs as part of the MS12 Audio certification process, including objective and subjective Audio Quality testing for each firmware release.

· Served as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for Audio testing for Roku Select/Plus series models. Video and Display Certifications

· Spearheaded VRR/AMD FreeSync certification (FreeSync Premium Pro) for Roku Pro TVs, acting as the primary point of contact between Roku and AMD throughout the certification process. Conducted the entire FS2 test suite testing to ensure full compliance under tight release schedules.
