As a customer service representative for both Hulu and Disney I would receive calls and chats from both of the companys. The resources were salesforce and baymax.
My job was to help customers log in or out and manage their Hulu or Disney account step by step. If a customer had a streaming issue I would assist with troubleshooting their internet service provider ( Ip address ). I would help them find their Ip. If they were not home I would do a not home override / WISP. Or other issues like unblock problems off mobile phones or iPads so they can stream again. Would help with most error codes. Would assist activating Tv links and sending emails to reset pws to get in their app. Would help all accounts regarding Hulu and Disney with canceling, refunding, giving credit and always having outstanding personal surveys. WIthing that time I’ve learned a bunch of troubleshooting and internet access.
The assignment ended now the whole class is in the process of job searching.
