Supervise the operations of all construction contractors, scheduling, supplies, deliveries and maintaining the safety operation of each modeling site. Communication between normal business operations and construction modifications while the business is both open and closed to the public during a 24 hour a day schedule.

Holder Construction (Atlanta, GA)—FieId Engineer/Construction Surveyor, 2007 2009

Emory University— Psychology Bldg. (Five stories) — Atlanta, GA

Hired as a specialist to survey the layout for buildings that presented problems due to the complexity of the building design. Achieved cost management in both materials and labor to provide a 30% reduction in waste. This surpassed the budget for supplies, materials and production resulting in a profit for the company. The project was finished two months ahead of schedule.

Office Building — 11 story — 310,000 square feet plus 6 story Parking Garage — Phoenix, AZ

Received commendation from senior management and was asked to transfer to Phoenix with an increase in salary. At the beginning of the project I detected an error in the engineering drawings concerning the placement of forms for the concrete. A savings of four days of having the entire project closed (approximately $60,000.00 in fines and delays) was avoided by finding a solution involving the recalculation of the 384 foot arc along face of building. Design errors were detected throughout the course of the project, because of my knowledge in construction and engineering, the savings of time and cost was equivalent to three times my salary.

Renovation of Old Baylor Hospital into 9 story Office Building — Tempe, AZ

While assigned to the Office Building Project in Phoenix, I provided architectural firm with exact measurements of the top of approximately 288 window frames. Information was submitted via my AutoCAD drawing of each floor. Using my proficient knowledge in data recording, saved 80 man-hours of time scheduled for research and AutoCAD drawing.

Lewis Trucking & Grading (Lithonia, GA) —Construction Party Chief, 2005-2007

Layout office parks and subdivisions set and maintain control for streets, buildings, drainage and landscaping. Set curb & gutter on all roads. Determine placement of sanitary sewer and storm sewer manholes, inlets, junction boxes and lines. Topographic survey and records of all areas authorize placement of building pads, retention ponds, berms and signs. Trained and managed all crews.
