• Designing all Cordless M18 M12 and MX Power Tools Credited for Tools such as the M18 Table Saw, M18 and AC SDS Max 7kg Hammer Drill, M18 12-inch Dual Bevel Sliding Compound Miter Saw Small and Large Band Saw, M18 Hand held trim Router, Dust Extractors Etc. Also was involved in the early stages of our new MX Battery platform Also using Team Center 11 as a file management PLM system.

• Responsible for creating and maintaining Large working layouts using NX 12 from concept to production and allocating work to detailers/draftsperson Interns, production control, purchasing, lab etc.

• Rapid prototyping the concept using SLA or SLS or raw materials in house and presenting to the Business units to present the concept to our customers.

• Working with our Industrial Engineering and Concept Engineering with the future product and fixturing needed for proficient and productive assembly of the design of the product.

• Structuring, maintaining and overseeing complex bills of materials.

• Doing Complex Stack ups of Components and Assemblies making sure he designs assembled every time without production.

• Graduated with honors and completed a 2-year degree while working and raising 3 children. I have always done well under pressure and/or in fast paced environments.

• Was a member for the board of directors at I.T.T. institute to help direct the school in the right direction for future graduates so they would have the necessary education to get at good job right out of school.

• In house CAD instructor using Auto Cad, Pro-Engineer, Wildfire and Creo, Iron Cad, training new employees, interns and Co-op’s and any personnel that needed to sharpen their CAD skills and Network usage and file management.

• Mentoring in an apprenticeship program sponsored by the state of Wisconsin helping to learn disabled kids achieve a diploma and go onto having a more promising future where otherwise they would have dropped out of school.

Interests

• I have worked in research and development and being involved in the early conception of the design and with my three-dimensional visualization I have the skills for designing complex castings and plastic injection molded parts and Sheet Metal.

• I enjoy spending much of my free time with my 3 children. I also enjoy Horseback riding, outdoor sporting events and vacationing at our cottage in the U.P. and spending a lot of time with my 3 Golden Retriever Puppies.I also am a Wisconsin State certified level 2 Firefighter State Certified Driver Operator and a National Registered EMT-B in the city of Lake Mills and participated at Briggs & Stratton, Milwaukee Tool and Husco International as an ERT member (emergency Responder) for any emergency on the premises.
