SeaWorld Research and Rescue Centre, which will be focused on indigenous ecosystems, and will be the
first dedicated marine research, rescue, rehabilitation and return centre in the UAE. This project is designed for a special application, utilizing the hydraulic power for raising and lowering the lift platform totally submerged under water with a total assymetric
loading capacity of 16,500 pounds. The scope of the project are as follows but non-exhaustive;

Festival Plaza with a gross floor area of
873,405 sq ft is a retail mall that focuses
on the modern end-user - incorporating
contemporary, state-of-the-art features and
solutions to provide a comfortable, simplified
and convenient shopping experience. The
development features Dubai’s second and
largest IKEA store, an ACE Hardware store
and a Lulu Hypermarket. Within the mall
are an additional 120 retail units, 40 F&B
outlets, a 500-seat food court and 2,310
parking spaces. The mall incorporates
numerous state-of-the-art sustainable
solutions, which include LED lighting, solar

disciplinary hospital in Dubai Healthcare City.
As a state-of-the-art healthcare facility, it has
continued to dominate Dubai’s healthcare
landscape in terms of the quality of its
medical staff, the breadth of services it offers
and the standard of equipment it operates.
With 280 beds, Mediclinic City Hospital can
accommodate patients with a wide range
of individual health requirements. The main
feature in this facility is the oncology area,

Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is more than a building under construction. It is evidence of a novel,
ambitious project: to recreate one of the United
States’ top cancer care and research programs in a new setting 7,000 miles away and adapt it to meet

Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s sprawling oncology

A supermarket project under V-B mercantile
occupancy with approximately 37,000 SQ FT.
The total floor area is divided into 1 main
supermarket retail sales floor, 3 full size kitchens, 4 walk-in freezers, 4 walk-in coolers, 2 prep areas, and 1- 6000 sq ft of storage room.
Dur to poor pevious construction management, the
project was delayed for 8 months from when I took
over. I developed a recovery program in the form
of a swimlane diagram to address critical issues
such as, electrical, fire, refrigeration, anf final county inspections.
