Educational background:

Mr. Blanchard's education includes a BA in Finance and Accounting from CSUF (1975) where upon graduation he received the Outstanding Finance Student and Wall Street Journal Awards; and an MBA in Finance and Management from USC (1979) under a scholarship program sponsored by the Southern California Edison Company.
