After a very satisfying career in education, I returned to practice law.
I see my self in just a few years being a local leader in the field of law. I want to grow to a position where I can advise others in how to reach their own goals and become leaders.

Graduated from one of the top 10 schools for law. Obtained valuable knowledge about the legislation, prosecution and use of various laws and the procedures used. Most notably learned the importance of skepticism and critical thinking

Working as a Temporary Assistant Attorney General (TAAG): reviewing and approving legal documents and correspondence, researching law, drafting pleadings and preparing cases for trial and hearings.
Houston ISD. Teacher
2004-2021
Developed lesson plans for classroom instruction. Worked in learning communities to collaborate with fellow teachers. Taught literacy (including writing) to students between grades 4-7. I learned to accel at intervention and to use my knowledge of the various styles of learning to maximize student relationships and learning.
During my time at my last school I started a debate team UIL coordinator on my campus. We have won many awards and grown in confidence.

Worked as a training contractor for one of the world’s leading oilfield services company, Schlumberger. Traveled to National and Worldwide locations to consult and conduct Professional Development on company and OSHA regulations related to compliance, workplace safety, and environment.
