Carrier Enterprise (Regional Safety Manager SC Region)

February 2021-2024

Responsible for all Safety & Facility operations that included sixteen locations in N.Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Participated in the implementation of Kinetic (ergonomics)program. Safety Plus portal, associate training and required Safety Audits of the facilities, IWarehouse program on all Powered Industrial Trucks. Collected and reviewed the data and used the information to better the safety culture. Responsible for the investigations and documentation on all incidents and accidents. Performed all New Hire Safety Orientations including PIT certifications, HazMat & HazCom. Performed monthly Safety Audits on all facilities and reported findings to corporate, implemented a Daily Safety meeting which included stretching, PPE Inspections, various safety topics and Safety Stand Downs which occurred.
