- From Aug. 2024 till now, working for Saudi Consulting Services Co. (SaudConsult) in Riyadh as a senior structural engineer as a member in the technical support team for the ministry of culture, assigned for the following tasks:
• Preparing Structural technical specifications for the client Ministry of Culture (MOC)
• Structural Evaluation for MOC projects including demolition, new buildings, and rehabilitation
• Structural assessment of the offered conceptual designs of MOC projects
• Follow up on the implementation of the Ministry of Culture projects as a consultant to the owner and prepare reports for the construction evaluation of contractors and project consultants.
• Construction Supervision of MOC project including demolition, rehabilitation and construction
- From Oct. 2023 till March 2024, working for Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones “MODON” as a project manager for transferring the Kharj military industrial city (KMIC) to ‘MODON”, Leading a consultant team to achieve the project aiming to provide a comprehensive assessment of the existing assets and services models in KMIC, identify the current and future needs and expansions, and develop a comprehensive road map for KMIC asset management policy.
- From Jan. 2011 till now, consultant engineer for various projects concerning structural evaluation and construction management including the following tasks:
• Comprehensive evaluation of the quality and performance of reinforced concrete buildings and writing reports on structural elements
• Evaluating project engineering plans and designs, including analyzing the structural, electrical, air conditioning, and plumbing systems, evaluating the use of materials and technology used, and ensuring that the design meets technical standards and codes.
• Preparing building rehabilitation work and estimating the initial cost and treatment plans.

- The construction of six villas in Khaldia district in Jeddah. The project lasted for 18 months.

- The installation of ten thousand square meters of pavement interlock borders in Arafat of the holly area in Makkah. (2014)
- Implementation of the internal and external concrete fiber work for a number of residential buildings in King Abdullah Economic City in Rabigh. (2015)
- The replacement of nine thousand electronic water meters for Saudi National Water Company in Jeddah. (2018).

EXPERIENCES and PREVIOUS POSITIONS:
- From June 1986 till April 1990, working in "The Arab Contractors” major company in Egypt as a site engineer for the new Cairo airport project. I was responsible for supervision of the construction of 5 terminal fingers including RC works and the equipment installation.
- From 1/5/1990 to 15/4/1992 working in a major co. "Al-Chark Insurance" in Egypt for the following Jobs:
- Computer analyst for risk evaluation and study for different type of industrial, construction Engineering and loss of profit insurance using NCR Minicomputer.
- Surveyor for insured construction projects & equipment in location for both insuring, accidents inspection and damage evaluation for constructions and equipment.
- Representative for the company in the construction and electronic insurance Seminar held in Munich, Germany, June 1991.
- From April 1992 till March 1994, in "KE&C COMPUTER CENTER" in Jeddah in the following activities:
* "COMPUTER PROGRAMMER ENGINEER" using IBM PC programs including:
- Programming Languages: Quick BASIC, PASCAL, Delphi and C++

-From April 1994 till Jan., 2006 in “Ba-Mofleh Consultancy Office” as structural designer engineer using AutoCAD, SAP 80, Staad-Pro and beams and columns design software. Main tasks were the structural design of constructions for both reinforced concrete and steel structures, preparation of all structural sheets (columns, foundations, columns, beams, and slabs) and worked as a consultant engineer for several projects including villas and residential buildings.
-From April, 2006 till March, 2009 as inspector and consultant engineer in Jeddah Municipality for the maintenance of Jeddah bridges. Sharing in inspecting and writing the technical reports for all cracks and damages in addition to treatment solutions recommendations. The innovation and rehabilitation plans are set for 26 bridge allover Jeddah and went to execution in the period of 2010-2011 by specialized contractors. I participated in the prequalifying and supervising the candidate contractors.
-From 1/4/1992 till June 2017 as Academic Lecturer and from July 2017 till May 2022 as assistant professor in King Abdul Aziz University - Faculty of engineering, Civil and Mechanical Engineering Departments, teaching courses such as Construction Management, Engineering Mechanics Statics, Strength of Materials, Structure Analysis I and II, Reinforced Concrete Design I and II, Engineering Graphics Level I and II using AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS, Computer Aided Design Finite element software packages, Programming using C++ language

The project included an optimization tool to help the decision maker to either renew or demolition of each slum individually. The study included more than 50 slum in both Jeddah and Makkah.
