Provide property accountability support and services in establishing property records, database management, property movement updates, PROP {Property Management Data Base}, and preparation of yearly physical inventories.
Assist property leadership with the obligations to acquire, control, use, care for, report, and dispose of property.
Perform quarterly and yearly government inventories, documenting processes and procedures, and investigating and reporting lost or damaged property.
Use property control systems and reporting tools to manage and communicate property information and establish company and government property records.
Maintain accountability from initial acquisition to the final disposition by coordinating, preparing, and documenting applicable forms to indicate a change of ownership, responsibility, or property location per government regulations, customer contracts, or corporate policy.
Verify property records accurately reflect inventory on hand. Making sure the $450 million under my control is appropriately managed.
Investigate and report any incident of loss, damage, or destruction of customer property, perform self-governance audits, support any customer property control system, coordinate excess property movement for disposal, and prepare plant clearance schedules and property transfers.
Knowledge of property management FAR, controlling closeouts, and managing 5050 pieces of Navy Equipment. At the same time, we keep our loss at less than 001 percent each year.

I was responsible for Quality Control on shelves and Customers Service. I did the annual and bi-annual inventory audits. I was responsible for inventorying products coming into shipping and receiving. And preparing special orders for customers. Problem-solving for a better flow of inventory and less waste.
EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
I enjoy traveling, reading, horseback riding, doing home improvement projects, kayaking, hiking, and doing research for veterans’ claims. I enjoy Problem-Solving for better control of the Navy equipment. This would create less loss and savings for the Dept. of Defenses.
