About me:
I have 25+ years of experience in MNC, Corporate, and Academia, where I am presently handling the Placement activities of a Presidency University in Bangalore, where 4000+ students of various domain backgrounds are placed and Passing out every year out of total 15,000+ students strength.
As an avid Researcher, I have been working as a founding member of institutions like Presidency University (SOM), Bangalore, SRIET (HR admin), Coimbatore, and First Branch establishing member SOE) of ACNielsen-ORG-MARG,Shikhar Branch head of BIRLA sunlife, etc, in the fields of Placement and Training, HR -Admin, and also handling a team and as an individual contributor.
As it's my 8th year with the present Institution,Presidency University, where I feel I have contributed to my level best for the satisfaction of all stakeholders, and I wish to pursue a different place of work to continue my services for another 5-10 years.
