HSE Advisor:
High ability to quickly assimilate new technologies and tools in HSSE.

Involved in Assist & Assure program for SHELL TUNISIA
Keeping the same level of performance even when working under pressure.
Provide quality information concerning aspects of work and equipment to supervisor and colleagues through conversation, telephone, radio and written reports.

Supporting Management decisions and problem solving solutions in regard to overall operations and regulations.
Fully conversant with plant emergency and operating procedures and all relevant Industry and HSSE statutory regulations.
Coordinating Construction and Commissioning activities of new oil/gas installations and fully conversant with HSSE and working procedures applied and required by Client.
Apply and fully adhere to Permit to Work System, precautions, and work limitations (Permit controller/coordinator).
Development and delivery of Safety trainings courses to both project onshore and offshore personnel. (H2S, Fire Fighting, Defensive Driving, Manual Handling, Lifting Operation, confined space entry…).
Conducting and translating HSE meetings, and toolbox meetings between contractors, rig crew and Service company personnel.
Inspection of life saving appliances (lifeboats, Life rafts, Firefighting equipment, Lifting Equipment, Breathing apparatus …).
Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly HSSEQ Reports.
Performing daily Site HSSEQ Inspections.
Increase Safety Awareness among Site Safety Officers and employees.
Provide Management with support and proposals to achieve an LTI Free Environment.
Investigation and preparation of Accidents, Incidents and Near Misses reports and statistics.
Preparation of Job Safety Analysis for non-Routine Job.
Execution and update of projects HSSE Plans.
Auditing of the sub-contractors compliance with the Project HSSE Plan.
Gas Safety Supervisor:
Responsible for proper application of H2S safety procedures and related equipment. Determined equipment application for given locations and installed accordingly. Maintained Self-Breathing Apparatus, airline systems, air compressors, cascade systems, electronic monitors, and relating testing equipment.
Determine electric monitoring equipment requirements and rigged locations accordingly.
Gas Detection System maintenance and sensors calibration.
The maintenance and proper functioning of The Air Cascade system.
