I am a recent graduate from Hawassa University in 2022, Construction Technology and Management (CoTM) field of study with performance of CGPA 2.67. I am a very committed and goal-oriented person with excellent interpersonal skills, social skill, leadership skill and technical skill. I have the ability to foresee the challenges, technical to solve the problems and eager to pass through the conditions with great hope and performance.
I gained experience during four months internship period in Justice Building Contractor plc BC-1 in Addis Ababa on 2B+G+10 mixed use building located in Merkato in front of Anwar mosque. I have a great understanding on the full life cycle of construction projects and on how to coordinate trades, build partnerships, and work collaboratively with architects, engineers and vendors to ensure the timely and budget friendly completion of a projects that allow me to achieve the objective of the organization efficiently and effectively.
