Procurement officer & supply chain management:

Responsible for daily coordination and implementation of the Orders procurements activities and requirements from other department;

Assist staff and operational personnel in regular procurement planning meetings to define the upcoming procurement activities;

Assists staff as needed on creating clear and understandable Orders and other supporting documentation;

Make sure that the Orders are filled correctly and clearly by the Co. staff before they are printed. Make sure that description is clear and understandable, the data is well spelled and all Orders fields are filled correctly;

Assess markets and collects quotations and bids from potential suppliers for purposes of orders implementation;

Prepare tender and other procurement documents and share with the Operations Director (OD),management and finance/compliance for review, after which will incorporate the potential changes and send document for final review to finance/compliance;

Draft purchase and other contracts in accordance with the details from bids and share with OD for review. Once the contract is reviewed by OD share it with finance for compliance review and finally get it signed with the supplier/construction company.

In coordination with the OD, interact with contractors for proper implementation of the contractual arrangement ;

Maintain accurate, clear and concise ongoing and completed master list. Share it accordingly every week with staff in coordination with the OD.

Create and maintain thorough procurement files.

Assists as needed in training staff on procurement procedures and policies;
