Lead Technical Program Manager/Product Manager

Project managed the implementation and Product Manager of the AI Factory in partnership with Microsoft at COX. We established a production-ready AI environment at CEI. This environment enables CEI to onboard new AI solutions through the CEI AI Factory. Generative Ai and helping Microsoft further enhance Microsoft Co-Pilot was at the core of this solution.

Led integrations and support flows using Visio to design clear process diagrams and PowerPoint to effectively communicate plans and processes to Stakeholders.

Project managed implementing a multi-cloud strategy that outlines the expected impact on scalability, cost, technical debt, and speed. Considerations included both on-premises, public cloud, and hybrid cloud options.

Conducted cybersecurity assessments of new products for CEI and cross-divisional efforts.

Project Managed the annual Cybersecurity Threat Detection Assessment (CTDA) at CEI, which involved running a series of emulated attacks against a sample of CEI’s systems using the AttackIQ platform.
