Managed all facets of this global project from charter/inception through implementation built on SAP Traders Scheduling Workbench (TSW) integrated to SAP ERP. Multiple internal and external integrations including SAP SD, SCM allowing for better data visibility for worldwide bulk cargo shipments.

New software automated global hydrocarbon movement processes from wellhead to refinery to terminal.

Project team included more than 200 multi-talented resources covering 26 refineries across 5 continents and 15 time zones with representation from PMI and global/regional trading organizations.
