Implemented and managed a $3 million Flight Pay program, conducting a thorough analysis of 79 cases and successfully resolving 12 discrepancies. Recovered 9 months of back pay totaling $8.3K for 4 aircrew members.
Managed the Special Projects in-processing, validated 2.9K initial ground qualifications, and briefed 760 officers. Prepared 27 classes four weeks ahead of schedule and established new standards.
