My work skills are military trained, I ask questions when needed, take full responsibility for my decisions or errors. Work well alone. Able to think outside of the box when required. Training include; Many trade schools from Fort Lee Va. Plumbing, Electrical {up to 200 amp 3 phase}, HVAC, and general painting.
I have a inactive secret clearance at Rock Island Ars. I am a 32" Mason and a Moose member.

Establish and maintain maintenance records. Provide maintenance reports to upper management. Performs various repair and preventative maintenance with out supervision. Utilize good communication and customer relation skills with supervision and hotel guests. Work all hours, week days and week ends. During the last 7 years of maintaining the building i only missed 7 days of work. five of witch were a hospital stay. Post, worked 4 years here.
