Proficient in the use of Microsoft office, etc. Perform quality assurance inspections to achieve compliance with contract plans and specifications on all phases of highway and bridge construction, such as paving, structures, striping, grading, SWPPP, drainage, sewer, water, utility relocations, electrical installation, sign installation and landscaping items.

I work well with Caltrans, MTC and the State of California Officials and Inspectors. Performed one of a kind critical, rapid timeline closures of the Bay Bridge during two Labor Day weekends. Project Engineer - Sasco Electric - 2000 thru 2003 - Document Control/As Built updates for three separate 100,000 sq. ft. Data Centers with fully redundant electrical systems to power international and national ISPs. Work included, change orders, RFP's, RFI's manpower tracking, invoicing and estimating. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Timberline and many other software programs.
Project Engineer/Construction Manager - PCM3 - 1995 thru 1999 - Construction Manager for San Jose Unified and Campbell Union School Districts during modernization of several campuses. Chaired Project meetings to assure Projects were on time, on schedule and the Sub Contractors were performing their work correctly. Inspections, Scheduling and the ability to enjoy excellent working relationships with, Union, Inspectors, State and Federal Officials to smooth Project issues and concerns.
