After a month of holding my cashier position, my manager entrusted me to being key holder which meant a few more responsibilities, such as opening or closing the store. I was left alone in charge on some mornings until my other coworkers clocked in. My tasks included providing excellent customer service, responding store phone calls, maintaining excellent store image, and handling shipping of new store items.

I spent the day creating activities for students or following the main teacher’s plan.
