Applications are hereby invited by the National Youth Services Council from authorized

agents, contractors, and suppliers who wish to register themselves with the National Youth Services Council for the supply of goods and services under the below-mentioned categories for the year 2025

Category 01 – Machinery and Repairs of Machinery

Electrical generators, water pumps, all agricultural equipment including tractors (04-wheels, 02-wheels), grass cutters and training equipments (training devices and training equipments), and supply, installation, and maintenance services of air conditioners. Category 02 – Computers/ Computer Accessories/ Office Equipment Computers, networking accessories, UPSs, ribbons, toners, printers, tapes, cartridges, USB pen drives, other computer accessories, photocopy Machines, Duplo machines and fax machines. Category 03 – Miscellaneous Accessories

(I) Communication equipment and public address equipments, audio/visual equipments (still cameras, lenses of video cameras, televisions), multimedia, projectors, electrical equipments and devices, various equipments including sound systems, all types of fans, water filters, water heaters.

(II) Picture framing.

Office Furniture (steel, timber, MDF, and other suitable alternative timber) Category 05 – Printing

All types of musical instruments, dance equipments, dancing instruments (drums). Category 17 – Small Scale Contractors with ICTAD Registration and experience in respect of all minor construction works (C5 to C8), construction of internal roads, and maintenance work

Category 18 – Installations and Maintenance of Intercommunication Systems and Networks, CCTV Cameras

Category 19 – Aluminum Wall Partitions Industry, Office Interior Installations, Constructions, and Modernization Work

Category 20 – Installation and Maintenance of Three-phase Electrical Circuits (including underground installations)

Category 21 – Provision of General Services on Rental Basis Supply of stages/platforms, sound equipments, lighting equipments, tables and chairs, tents and other related items, outdoor fitness training equipments, translation kits, projectors, video walls, designing of stage backgrounds, computers, printers, temporary lavatories. Category 22 – Designing and Installation of Pandols Designings, installations, and dismantlings of pandols to be erected at Maharagma Head Office or any other district in Sri Lanka.

Category 23 – Designing and Maintenance of Websites Designing and maintenance of websites at the National Youth Services Council Head Office in Maharagma or any other District Office.

Category 24 – Development of Computer Software

Designing and maintenance of computer software at the National Youth Services Council Head Office in Maharagma or any other District Office.

Category 25 – Publicists of Social Media Networks

Awareness building targeting youths and the general public through social media concerning various programs and events organized by the National Youth Services Council. Category 26 – Designing and Maintenance of Apps

Developing, Upgrading, Hosting and maintaining web and mobile applications with reliable services.

Category 27 – Computer Graphic Designers

Makings designs for various banners, books, pandols, T-shirts, caps, and other requirements of the National Youth Services Council.

Category 28 – Networking and Installation of Servers Installation of network systems and installation of compatible servers at Provincial and District Offices of the National Youth Services Council and other specified places as per requirements. Category 29 – 2D and 3D Animation Development

Developing creative 2D and 3D Animation designs required for various occasions. Category 30 – Provision of Telephone Networks for Mass SMS Text Messaging Services Registration of suppliers as Telephone Network Providers for mass SMS text messaging services.

Composition of music for Creative Dancing.

Category 32 – Event Management Organizations

National Youth Services Council, being an Institute for implementing National Level Programmes, requires services from Institutions capable of handling every aspect of such programs (food/ musical programs/ lighting/ tailoring/ sound systems/ special huts and all other activities)

Category 33 – Composition of Melodies

Composition of melodies required for the music of various programs implemented by the National Youth Services Council.

Category 34 – Designing of Logos

Designing of logos in respect of various programs implemented by the National Youth Services Council with relevance to the objectives of such programs. Category 35 – Translators

National Youth Services Council, being an Institute implementing the trilingual language policy of the Government requires translators capable of doing translations in the following categories.

Sinhala Language into English and Tamil Languages

English Language into Sinhala and Tamil Languages

Tamil Language into English and Sinhala Languages

Category 36 – Interior Designing

Interior designing of workshops, lecture halls, laboratories, and exhibition stalls, etc. Category 37 – Preparation of Flower Arrangements

Decorating with natural or artificial flowers for various functions. Category 38 – Hiring of Camera Equipment on Rental Basis The hiring of camera equipment on a rental basis along with cameramen for various programs on instances when the video cameras, still cameras, and drone cameras available in the National Youth Services Council are not sufficient.
