In this role I led the efforts to improve the successful launch performance for the site while also serving as the Center of Expertise for Manufacturing Operations in the Delphi global roll out of the Eyes-For-Risk process (Toyota Quality Improvement Process).
2002 - 2004 Production Readiness Leader: Responsible for Toyota/Lexus and GM Wireless accounts (Audio and Telematics Product Lines); lead successful launching of new programs meeting Quality, Lean Manufacturing, and Finance metrics. Provide direct contact for Design Center, PC&L, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, Supplier Quality, Operations and the Customer with a focus on Customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. From June 2002 to December 2003 led the Ford Mobile Multimedia product line.
