*4 load the PET or plastic materials before load check the corona side and heater side to ensure the ink is compatible in this side, check using the dine solution 38 to BOPP and 52 to PET materials.
*5 manual registration align the scanning to rototron or laser or sensor to ensure the fully capture of image
*6 check manual viscosity using sand up and stop watch
*7 check the sample,check the color to LSD or color guide,check the strength of color using xright
