PROJECT:

Project Title: SAP System Refresh in shreeveda and Post-Refresh Activities Environment: ECC, HANA DB, Windows/Linux.

Role: SAP Basis Administrator

Project Overview:

In my current organization,

I was part of the team that performed a system refresh of the QA system from the Production system. The goal was to synchronize the QA environment with production data for accurate testing.

My Responsibilities:

Coordinated with functional and DB teams before starting the refresh.

Performed client deletion using SCC5 and system copy via backup/restore(db12/db13).

Handled post-refresh tasks like:

Adjusting logical system names (SALE/BD54)

Fixing RFC connections

User and role comparison using PFCG & SU01

Regenerating profiles

Validated transports, jobs, and performed health checks.

Created documentation for all refresh steps and verification. Education details:
