● 3 years Experience of working with JIRA.

● Created a huge feature which Atlassian still not developed yet – Added custom fields in transition screen in Portal side using JavaScript

& APIs.

● Handled the project of updating over 100 SLAs across 15 issue-types on Node-level while keeping in charge of Sync.

● Developed a project which directly used by Clients using APIs, Webhooks, automations, workflows. Used Figma for front end, Integrated APIs with Figma for creation and updating of tickets in Jira (backend). Created a universal script for pulling data from CMDB which will manage n no.of applications. Created a Beautiful template using WIKI Render for customer notifications.

● Used Bitbucket for deployment in production.

● Handled the project of optimizing one of the biggest workflows containing over 20 status and over 40 transitions and 25 post-functions

● Provided API payloads and details to front end team for automatic ticket creation.

● Created Webhooks for to and fro communication between Jira and figma.

● Experience in using Script-runner. Created Custom Jobs, Listeners, Scripted fields, Behaviours. My best practice is I came up with a cost- cutting solution using a scripted field.

● Created Customized reports, Dashboards, filters, Issue subscriptions, Agile/Kanban boards, EAZYBI reports and Managed permissions, creating custom fields as per the stakeholder’s requirements.

● Strong knowledge on Projects, screens and screen schemes, Permission schemes and notification schemes. Effectively managed Users and Roles as per the project definition.

● Enhancements, maintenance and integrations with other tools or Plug-ins.

● Administer Insight Discovery plug-in for Asset management and took care of Insight ITIL CMDB and Insight Object Schema.

● Worked on Insight Automation and managed Insight Imports, roles, users, and group management. Working with Email this issue (JETI Plug-in), Email Templates, Mail queues, Email Handlers, Notification templates and contexts.

● Creating and configuring Application Links through JIRA and Confluence, also managing Application Access. Created Confluence spaces, KB articles as purpose of knowledge sharing.

● Worked with User Management, User synchronization, group management, Importing issues and JIRA User Export.

● Performed Activities like Integrity checker, Checking Legal-hold data, Archiving Issues, Auditing logs within JIRA and JIRA Re-Indexing. TECHNICAL SKILLS
