Job Summary

Manages building operations and maintenance and monitors provided services to ensure compliance with schedule, budget, and standards.

Coordinates all internal and external contractors, workers, and vendors.

Designs a suggestion and complaints system and ensures resolution.

Schedules shutdowns and coordinates emergency response efforts.

Essential Functions-Facility management, emergency response, tenant coordination and scheduling, stakeholder communication, coordination of trades effort, and coordination of custodial effort.

Manages the performance of Planning / Scheduling Coordinators.

Aids Plant Management prioritize the maintenance planning and expenditures across the facilitie

Coordinates the schedules of outages for the facilities based upon the current business plan, adjusted business plan and upstream/downstream outages.
