Interra Innovation – Upper Marlboro MD

Managing the Mid-Atlantic office of a mobile mix concrete business. Solely responsible for all business development including all sales and client management as well as marketing and brand management. Additionally responsible for the operations and quality department to ensure that they run as efficient and effective as possible and continue to meet both corporate and regulatory compliance while providing the up most customer satisfaction. As a leader for the past 6 months, I have worked with operations to increase reliability by 20% to 30% and have directed the quality team to redesign our products to successfully meet data center requirements for entry into this new market. Additionally, I have increased our customer base by 60% and have projected for increase in profits by at least 35% by end of the year.

Directed a $2.5 Billion data center mega site ground out build.

Directed a $10 million remediation project throughout the US revitalizing and restoring solar inverters. Conducted quality assessments and re-engineered many product components to increase product quality. Decreased install times cutting scheduling and budget values by 15%. Optimized Lean and Six Sigma process development to cut project productivity by 200%. Decreased construction schedule and reduced costs 40% by focused management of crews and implementing strategic time saving task solutions.

Project Construction Manager 7/2018 – 2/2019

Cyclonaire – York, NE

Directed a $10 million installation of a pneumatic convey system to unload, store and deliver product to plant controlled by a PLC system. Collaborated in project pre-planning. Managed execution of the project with a strong focus on engineering and implementation planning. Served as liaison between the performing organization and the owner providing clear and concise communication and strategic problem-solving resolutions.

Additionally, provided oversite for 45 subcontractors controlling cost, scheduling, risk management, quality assurance, safety protocols, procurement, and customer satisfaction. Due to the success of this project the company was awarded an additional larger project during closing.

Dominion Energy – Glen Allen, VA

Managed a $50 Million ground-up construction of 20-Megawatt solar plant and small substation installation in Stony Creek, VA.

Construction Manager for complete site as the owner’s representative overseeing 350 employees. Under my direction the project was completed in 80% of scheduled time and well under budget.

Senior Project Superintendent / Acting Construction Manager 4/2015 – 1/2016

First Solar EPC Construction - Tempe, Ariz.

Supported a $70 million ground-up construction of 40-megawatt solar plant with large transmission substation construction in Elm City, NC. Conducted project oversite of up to 3 subcontractors with 400 workers and personally supervised a 10-person crew. Acted as Construction Manager with 50% of the project being site point of contact. Organized and presided over all daily planning meetings
