Managing the Mid-Atlantic office of a mobile mix concrete business. Solely responsible for all business development including all sales and client management as well as marketing and brand management. Additionally responsible for the operations and quality department to ensure that they run as efficient and effective as possible and continue to meet both corporate and regulatory compliance while providing the up most customer satisfaction. As a leader for the past 6 months, I have worked with operations to increase reliability by 20% to 30% and have directed the quality team to redesign our products to successfully meet data center requirements for entry into this new market. Directed a $10 million installation of a pneumatic convey system to unload, store and deliver product to plant controlled by a PLC system. Collaborated in project pre-planning.
