EMPLOYER/ORGANIZATION/POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software And peripheral equipment with specifications in mind.

Prepare and present system performance reports.

Set up system for employee use to ensure smooth workflow.

Tailor technical support to meet needs of clients.

Perform routine checks on network/computer systems.

Perform printing services.

Handling user login credentials management.

Perform self – reliant actions to support completion of individual schedules.

Maintain regular communication with head of IT.

Ensure proper protocols and processes are in check

Help or train users in the proper use of hardware and Software.

Assist with deployment of company LANs, WANs,

wireless networks, including routers, switches, UPS and other hardware.

Attend relevant workshops educational programs.

Answer users’ enquiries regarding computer software and hardware operation to resolve problems.
