Provide and conduct SIGINT, CNE, Cyber research, Digital Network Intelligence and analysis, and mission development using open-source and proprietary NSA tools and databases to support the mapping of logical and physical networks of interest. Convert data into meaningful serialized intelligence products to be disseminated throughout the intelligence community. Interpret signals data and SIGINT reporting in order to provide input for the creation or modification of Cyber Network Mapping products. Extensive experience with Cyberspace, Digital Network Intelligence, Collection, Production and Dissemination. Duties: Lead Analyst and team lead conducting research and fusion analysis of terrorist and non-state actors utilizing HUMINT, IMINT, OSINT, and SIGINT to answer customer requests for information (RFIs). Conduct in-depth analysis on Iraqi insurgent, extremist, and criminal groups in support of U.S. Army and joint operations at the strategic and tactical levels. U.S. Army June 2008 – September 2009 Baghdad, Iraq Multi National Division-Baghdad G9 Civil Affairs Planning Team, 425 CA Battalion S2-Security Manager

Duties: Served as the primary economic advisor on the Civil Affairs Planning Team for Multi-National Division-Baghdad G9 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and as the S2 for the 425 Civil Affairs Battalion. Performed as Battle Captain for the Provincial Reconstruction Team during the Baghdad Provincial Elections and the Provincial Special Needs Elections, and coordinated the movement of six Provincial Reconstruction Teams and 70 foreign Ambassadors. Served as a Pay Agent and Project and Purchasing Officer throughout Baghdad for Projects, Civil Service Departments, VoTechs, and various other pay activities. Regularly briefed and provided assessments for senior military leaders, advisors, and the State Department. Coordinated efforts for six Brigade Combat Teams to establish public works organizations in and around Baghdad. Managed and provided oversight for 47 Civil Service Departments and facilitated the establishment of 27 additional Civil Service and Public Works organizations costing 40 million dollars and employing over 6,700 Iraqis. Led in the creation of the Multi-National Division-Baghdad Operations Order 09-01A Annex Q, the guidelines for all future Civil Military Operations in Baghdad Province for the transitioning period out of Baghdad.
