I assisted in a project focused on reducing wastage caused by improper sealing. This involved conducting root cause analyses and providing recommendations to improve the sealing of retort pouches. It resulted in reducing the wastage from 9% to 1.75%. I also supported daily production by planning raw materials, packing materials, inbound and outbound processes.
