HBD Industries, parent company of Peerless-Winsmith, closed their Warren plant concluding my employment. I remained in the area due to personal commitments and chose some individual development time to pursue a passion in helping others by working at North Mar Church and participating in various ministerial duties. While rewarding, I miss the engineering environment and am anxious to get back into the workforce and apply my experience to become an asset for an organization.

February 2013 - September 2016: Electrical Engineer, Peerless-Winsmith: Designed, tested and supported AC and DC motor needs for various industries. Warren, OH

· Performed analyses and calculations based on customer specifications. Submitted recommendations to sales for quote.

· Managed a motor lab with test systems. Supervised equipment setups and ran tests. Comparative analyses between present and past data were discussed internally and with customers.

· Oversaw tests procedures on production floors. Updated methodologies and created standard operating procedures.

January 2004 - January 2006: Application for US Citizenship Warren, OH I left WCI Steel because my work visa expired. I obtained a green card and then became a citizen. During this transition period, I volunteered for an organization with their sound equipment needs and distributed media, worked as a computer technician and designed and set up audio/video systems. March 1997 - December 2003: Technology Engineer, WCI Steel: Participated in developing a computer infrastructure to automate and support a process for a steel plant. Warren, OH

· Responsible for selecting a vendor for a system upgrade. Helped developing human machine interface and with installation.

· Trained crew members on the new system. Updated standard operating procedures to improve safety and quality of the process.
