My name is Roman Elias Black. I currently live in Newark De. with my fiancee, baby girl and step children. I have worked hard all my life and will continue to do so as long as physically possible. I have a barrage of skills from home repairs to auto repair, both mechanical and body/ paint repair but nothing professionally certified. I am willing to learn and catch on pretty quickly. I currently drive a school bus for the Christina school district but the pay is based in drive hours. There are bonus opportunities available however they seem to interfere with my regular route and I'm excluded from signing up. I need something that will be 100% full time. 40 plus hours a week but something that also allows for a work family balance.
