• Attended instructor led courses in Basic Weblogic Administration and Troubleshooting. Upgraded from Weblogic 8.x to Weblogic 10.x requiring performance and capacity planning, requisitioning hardware, and building the physical servers. Weblogic technology used included node manager for managed server management, nmEnroll, pack/unpack and others.

migration from HPUX to IBM P5 hardware on AIX 5.3 using IBM LPAR, HMC, VIO-Server technologies in a very short timeline (4 months).
