As the sole Sales Engineer, I spearheaded all technical information gathering, system design, and presentations. I played a pivotal role in direct client engagement from the initial sales phase to product launch. My primary focus was on resolving client challenges by effectively utilizing our product. In my first role as Streaming Manager before being promoted, I leveraged various components of AWS, including Media Suite. My responsibilities extended to utilizing JSON and the AWS CLI to create and manage numerous live linear streams. I played a crucial role in troubleshooting client issues, addressing concerns ranging from SCTE 104/35 challenges to ensuring profile compatibility and providing recommendations for ABR.
