Commissioning Manager
• Joint venture commissioning manager managing the commissioning and startup of a dual fueled 350MW GE 7HA.02 with MKVIE controls, simple cycle facility.
• Unit was the first simple cycle machine to prove a 10 minute fast start to base load on both fuels.
• BOP equipment includes water treatment, Gas Compressor, Dewpoint heater, Ammonia injec/on for NOx control and Tempering air fans.
• Plant is controlled via ABB Distributed Control System. February 2017 – September 2018
SBME JV - CPV Valley Energy Center, Middletown, NY Commissioning Manager
• Joint venture commissioning manager managing the commissioning and startup of a dual fueled 660MW 2x1 Combined Cycle.
• Power Island equipment includes two Siemens SGT6-5000F gas turbines with one SST6-5000 Side Exhaust Reheat Steam turbine with Duct Fired CMI HRSG's and 36 Cell Air Cooled Condenser.
• Plant is controlled via Siemens T-3000 Distributed Control System. January 2016 – February 2017
Mount Vernon Energy Partners - SABIC Cogen, Mt. Vernon, IN Commissioning Manager
• Joint venture commissioning manager for the MVEP SABIC Cogen project.
• Developed and managed the startup and commissioning program for a GE Frame 7EA with DLN and Late Lean injec/on with HDI HRSG with Duct Burners cogenera/on project. Supplemental steam is provided by 2 Natural Gas fired Cleaver Brooks Package boilers.
• Responsible for schedule development and manpower to support the startup.
• Facility supplies steam to SABIC Lexan plant.

Boswell Energy Center - Minnesota Power, Cohasset, MN Commissioning Manager
• Commissioning manager for the Boswell Energy Retrofit project.
• Developed and managed the startup and commissioning program for an Alstom NID technology Dry Scrubber and Pulse Jet Fabric Filter system with associated lime reagent prepara/on systems as well as ash handling systems for this 600 MW coal fired project.
• Responsible for schedule development and manpower to support the startup and outage schedules. August 2013 – May 2015
Alliant Energy - Dry Scrubber Project, O\umwa, IA
Commissioning Manager
• Joint venture commissioning manager for the Alliant Energy dry scrubber project.
• Developed and managed the startup and commissioning program for a dual Spray Dry Absorber and Pulse Jet Fabric Filter system with associated lime reagent prepara/on systems as well as ash handling systems for this 725 MW coal fired project.
• In addi/on to managing the new scrubber system, the EPC contract included managing the complete rotor change out and generator rewind of a 725MW GE Steam turbine with HP/IP/LP/LP and Combus/on Engineering Tangen/ally Fired boiler upgrades.
