Description

Net Oxygen is a LOS (Loan Origination System - mortgage application) used by BMO for its customers for Mortgage and consumer loans origination and processing. New loan applications for Mortgage are originated and processed by different users having different privileges such as originator, processor, Underwriter, QA, Closer, post closer, funder, load administrator, disclosure...etc.

URLA Update project is about the new application form 1003 issued by the government sponsored enterprises Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae for improving their business and giving usability by removing irrelevant details and implementing the MISMO standards.

Description

ABS (automated billing system) and VOSTRO billing systems were used by BMO for billing Canadian customers. Now this billing system is replaced by XAA (extended Account Analysis). XAA was more enhanced and also it was being used by BMO for US customers hence it was preferred.

Testing involved extract validation between the different upstream applications (OLBB, Livelink), downstream application (Computershare, CMCIF) and agility workbench (DB)using beyond compare tool. Validation of data migrated from ABS and transformed to XAA with its own specification and format. Testing XAA application for the billing contracts created for customers are linked to the various products in the upstream application.
