Performed heating and air conditioning installation of new units in residential homeowners homes in the triangle area. We also did installation in new construction homes in the triangle area.

Performed all landscaping services (mowing, hedge trimming, patios, retaining walls, spraying weed control, fertilization, etc.) on residential homeowners properties and some commercial properties as well. Performed manager and crew leader duties for 9+ years.

Managed 4-6 crews and their commercial properties. Worked with property managers to ensure customers were happy with the services performed and addressed and concerns or complaints immediately to ensure customer satisfaction.
SKILLS
Able to adapt to any and all job duties, no matter what the requirements entail.
Have knowledge of running a forklift and what it takes pull orders and build and wrap pallets. One of my first jobs was working in a building supply warehouse in Dunn, NC while attending college.
