o In 1984 I began and built a company from a dream to over
$100mm in assets with oil and gas operations in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana and Mississippi. In May of 2003 I merged my assets in with a Publicly Traded Company of which I was the CEO and Chairman of the Board..
o Immediately after the merger, I purchased a Publicly Traded Oil and Gas Company with International Operations and Businesses in The State of Israel.
o I left the company in the fall of 2006 and became an Independent Oil and Gas Consultant both Domestically and Internationally. I have been fortunate enough to work with Larger Independent Operators such as XTO, EOG, Cimarrex, Oxy and took several contracts with the Supermajor ConocoPhillips in The San Juan Basin of New Mexico, The Permian Basin in West Texas, The Eagle Ford Shale in South Texas and was the Workover and Completion Superintendent in their collaboration with Sinopec and Origin Energy in the county of Australia.
o In 2024, I moved to Farmington, New Mexico to work in the Addiction Recovery and Mental Health Field where I worked in Business Development and Client Outreach Manager.
o I returned to Texas early 2025.
o Today I am looking for my next opportunity in Business Development, Sales, Project Management or Business Consulting in Any Industry.

Business Development (2/2024-12/2024)
• Cenikor is an Addiction and Recovery Center
• Built a pipeline of Referral Partners and Collaboration Partners throughout the State of New Mexico
• Based out of Farmington, New Mexico, took the poorest performing facility to the top in revenue beating out Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Tyler and Amarillo
Voodoo Energy Services
Business Development, Sales and Field Services (01/2020-11/2023) Contractor
• Sales in the South Texas Market from Gonzales/Victoria to Carrizo Springs
• Field Services Support for our Field Teams in the form of scheduling, logistics and providing ancillaries
• South Texas Business Development consisted of calling on current customers as well as engaging new business as it relates to high pressure pumping; Pump Down, Toe Prep, Acid Jobs, Frac Defense, Drill Out and Wellbore Cleanout

o Supervised sand logistics, water transfer, and the pumping of millions of pounds of sand into long reach horizontal well bores
o Conducted wireline operations making sure perforations were shot at the proper depth and pump down operations ran smoothly during the process o Conducted safety meetings and pre tour with all crews to conduct operations safely and efficiently; reported all work through Wellview software Jagged Peak Energy
Completion/Production/Field Superintendent, Well Site Manager - Delaware Basin of the Permian (4/2014-8/2016) Contractor
o Supervised all field operations - post drilling
o Acquired water sources for frac and completion operations, oversaw frac pond construction and water well drilling
o Organized all frac operations, supervised perf, plug and frac work o Drill-out and flow back supervision
o Supervised production facility construction, pipeline construction, daily production and pumpers, and also established production sales Origin Energy, Queensland, Australia
Workover & Completion Superintendent/HSE Lead (4/2012-04/2014) o Managed all workover & completion operations on the APLNG Project in Brisbane, Queensland Australia in the Surat and Cooper Basins o Imported 17 workover rigs into the country and staffed all the rigs o Involved in strategic planning and project coordination with drilling, field services and production departments
o Worked hand in hand with the engineering department on wellbore specific issues
o HSE Leader - implemented and carried to the field all Origin safety initiatives o Commissioned all workover rigs brought into the fleet, one every other month o Managed all Well Site Representatives associated with the project ConocoPhillips

• Acquired various prospects for third party companies all over the southern US
• Owned and Operated Ness Energy of Israel trading as Modi’in on the Tel Aviv Exchange
• CEO of Ness Energy International trading as NESS.OB NYSE
• Owned numerous drilling rigs, workover rigs and rolling stock, all staffed and making money at the time
• At one time had 170 full, part time, contractor and international consultants in my employ
