In MGS system - DG, Solar Inverters and UPS power supply were used as a redundant power supply in stand-by mode, to maintain the required power supply for the load. Based on the load MGS system will check and turns on the power supply units to maintain the load activate as per customer requirement. PLC Logic has been made by me to fetch the data’s and screen also developed to control the field elements by giving command from the HMI screen.

• MICROGRID SYSTEM (MGS100) - 80kW – FIMER Bangalore (Remote support). DCS Controller: ABB PM-573ETH, PANEL BUILDER-600 (HMI). Description:

In this project Steel Strapping Inverter were used to produce high current o maintain the strapping steel temp Upto 1400 C and current Upto 5000A. PLC logic has been developed for the voltage, current and other parameters, Scada screen also developed to monitoring purpose.
