Hello my name is Lakenya Jacobs, and I am 25 years old. I have been working in customer service since 2017 and enjoy working with the public. I have cashier experience, some manager experience as a keyholder, phone etiquette skills, and computer knowledge such as Microsoft Office, Cornerstone, and Hippo. I have pharmacy experience filling and preparing medications at the veterinary clinics where I previously worked. I have years of customer service experience. I have worked in customer service since 2017. I know how to run a cash register, collect payment, and collect deposits. I am skilled when it comes to counting money. I have assisted customers by showing them where products are located in store as well as online and I have phone etiquette also. My position at Food Lion was as an RPC coordinator assistant. I was the RPC coordinator's backup when she was scheduled off or called out. I made all the price changes to the tags and signs displayed around the store. I separated the different departments' weekly price changes and distributed them. I ordered signs and tags if they were missing or if the prices were not correct. I made signs for the next upcoming week. I also was the backup for Foodlion-to-go.
