Project Description:

Working in Mortgages Team of RPS to enhance the utility used to an upgraded version.

Mortgage loan is provided to the customer based on the property considered on mortgage later various transaction are performed w.r.t to the loan and similar is reflected on online panel and conveyed to customer.

Securitisation of the property is also taken care on the mortgage team’s end. Responsibilities:

Developed multiple programs based on requirement. For e.g. Data transfer to the specified Cloud location, Cashback/Incentive for Customer, Storing the Energy Performance rating for customer for global cause, Data Disposition/deletion based on the history of the customer.

Developed modules for generation of reports and letter for customer in case of term expiry or notice period.
