Fine Dining Restaurant

Used to serving in a fine dining

atmosphere since was in college . Just

adding more experience and interested in learning

new things. My achievements in life have been all

around successful in making my patrons happy and

bringing that sense of community to this restaurant.

Chopsticks - Peachtree City, GA

March 2025 to May 2025

opened and closed the restaurant working 12 hour

shifts ...full time. had the responsibility of running

half the restaurant with one other server...with the

exception of the weekends when we have another

server for the opposite side of restaurant. Normal

restaurant duties included but not limited to rolling

linen for silver ware,snapping snow peas and green

beans for preparation for cooks. Filling sugar

caddies,salt,pepper, sweeping and mopping and

maintaining overall cleanliness of the restaurant. End

of day either cleaned the bathrooms, scrubbing

toilets etc to cleaning drink section and and

maintaining proper maintenance for sanitation
