EXPERIENCE

Having two years of experience in Mainframe Modernization at Infosys Ltd. Developed, tested, and maintained applications using COBOL, JCL, and REXX while managing DB2 databases and writing SQL queries for data retrieval and updates. Optimized COBOL code and JCL jobs to enhance system efficiency, supported legacy applications by debugging and improving existing systems, and ensured data integrity through effective database management. Additionally, worked with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in high-volume, transaction-heavy mainframe environments.

Academic Projects:

1.Unmanned Arial Vehicle

Successfully completed a group project named as Unmanned Arial Vehicle- This drone with a ground-based controller can transmit live video data of the area and can provide a rapid assessment of losses. This is used in rescue operations by rescue teams.

2.Online Course Enrollment System

Developed a course registration website for students and teachers using Python and HTML. The project incorporated BeautifulSoup for web scraping, Matplotlib for data visualization, and SQLite3 for database management. And also integrated a database to store and manage course and user information efficiently.

3.Analysis of Maternal Health, Unemployment, and Education Trends

Designed and implemented an ETL pipeline using SSMS and SSIS to process and analyze data from three different sources. Extracted, transformed, and loaded raw data into Excel for in-depth analysis and visualization. Ensured data accuracy and consistency while integrating structured datasets from multiple sources. Applied SQL queries for data cleaning, validation, and trend identification to support informed decision-making.

4. Having experience with SAP S/4HANA working on enterprise resource planning (ERP) processes. Explored key modules, performed data management tasks, and analyzed business operations using S/4HANA's integrated system. This experience enhanced understanding of modern ERP solutions and real-time data processing.
